So far more than 1000 project affected persons have been employed directly under company role under various skill sets. Free conveyance has been provided to the employed villagers for coming to duty and return by staff bus and also for commuting within mines and village. INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT:

We have built roads, and made bridges for the villagers thus making inaccessibility gradually disappear. A temporary road was made via village Chamgada, Sonbarsa to Deoraikhurd to mines. This connected the mines area from the main Tandwa Barkagaon road. This not only supported the mining activity but also made convenient for villagers to approach the main road. A strong barricade was made to prevent frequently occurring accidents at hill area of Hazaribag-Tandwa state highway.

EMPATHIZING PEOPLE’S FAITH:

In order to promote the faith and spirituality of people, we have taken care of the maintenance and beautification of temples at different villages.
