1000th Rake of Coal Dispatched at Pakri Barwadih.

“The 1000th rake of Coal from Pakri Barwadih Coal Mines was flagged off on 11th June, 2018 by Sh.Ravishankar Shukla, IAS, Dy. Commissioner Hazaribag, Sh.Anish Gupta, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Hazaribag and Sh.Aditya Ranjan, IAS, SDO, Hazaribag along with Sh.Partha Mazumder, GGM (PB, CB & KD), senior officials of NTPC and railway officials. With 1000th rake, the coal transportation reached the level of 3.8 Million Tonnes.   The coal produced from Pakri Barwadih is being supplied to different NTPC Stations. The first coal rake from Pakri Barwadih was dispatched on 16th February 2017. Yet another remarkable achievement by Thriveni Sainik.”

India’s largest Dump Truck Flagged Off at Pakri Barwadih

“Shri A.K.Bhalla, Secretary (Power); Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD; Shri Anand Kumar Gupta, Director (Commercial); Shri S.Narendra, RED (ER-I) reviewed Pakri Barwadih  Coal Mining Projects on 26th May 2018. They visited the Mine Control Room and appreciated the systems and safety procedures being followed at Pakri Barwadih. Secretary (Power) flagged off the India's largest Dump Truck i.e 280 tonne Hitachi with combination of 36 Cubic Metre Leibherr Shovel.”

Honourable Power Secretary and CMD NTPC visited Pakri Barwadih

60th Annual Mines Safety Week Celebration 2017

“NTPC Pakri Barwadih Coal Mines awarded, first prize for standard of working in open cast outsourced category, a special prize winner in illumination and runners-up in illumination category. Employees from Thriveni Sainik Mining bagged various awards in different fields. They are Sri T. Durga Prasad Rao (Welder) first Prize, MD. Irshad  Khan (Pay Loader Operator) first Prize and MD. Tausif Ansari (Electrician) second Prize”

Thriveni Sainik distributes tipper trucks to Project Affected People (PAP) in Pakri Barwadih.

“Thriveni Sainik distributed 10 number of 14-wheeler tipper trucks to the project affected people of the Pakri Barwadih Coal Mine in Phase-1 of the development. These trucks would be deployed in Thriveni Sainik's Coal transportation. The event was a grand ceremony covered in all the local newspaper, in the presence of NTPC officials and Chief Guest being Deputy Collector Mr. Ravi Shankar Shukla and MLA Mr. Manis Jaiswal from Hazaribagh. It received huge response from the local people and once again Thriveni was able to touch the heart of the people”

NTPC Ltd awarded first Prize in Safety Compliance and Outsourcing category at the 59th Annual Mines Safety Week Organized by Central Coalfields Limited.

“NTPC’s Pakri Barwadih coal mining unit was awarded first prize in outsourcing category of Opencast Mines and safety compliance, during the safety summit organized by CCL at the 59th Mining Safety week. Thriveni Sainik Mining Private LImited is proud to be a part of this Safety Award as MDO to NTPC Ltd.”

Thriveni Apparels and Textiles Private Limited Signs MoU with Govt of Jharkhand for setting up a garment and shoes manufacturing unit at Barkagaon village of Hazaribagh district.

“The Groundbreaking Ceremony of the factory was felicitated by the Honorable Chief Minister of Jharkhand Shri Raghubar Das in Hotwar, Ranchi on 18th May, 2017. The project is likely to benefit 17 villages of Chepakalan, Dadikalan and Sinduvari panchayats of Barkagaon block. The project aims to give employment to 1000 people, especially the women of the village. This novel venture, in association with TSMPL will develop skill in garment and footwear among the women folks, making them employable in Thriveni Apparels and Textiles Private Limited.”

Thriveni Sainik Mining Private Limited completed its first dispatch of Coal from the NTPC Project.

“The first rake of Coal from Pakri Barwadih coal mine was flagged off on 17th Feb 2017, in Jharkhand. The mine has block area of 46.46 square kilometer with a mine capacity of 15 million tons per annum. Thriveni and Sainik, Joint Venture of Thriveni earthmovers was appointed last year as the Mine Developer cum Operator for this Project for a period of 27 Years.”
