    Promoter Director

    Mr. B. Prabhakaran, a graduate in Computer Science, is a visionary leader known for his passion for technology-driven mining, operational excellence, and inclusive development. He serves as the Managing Director of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited (LMEL)—the ultimate holding company—and holds directorships across various group entities.
    Under his dynamic leadership, LMEL has achieved rapid growth in large-scale mining, sustainability initiatives, and strategic acquisitions, including the landmark acquisition of a ~79.82% stake in Thriveni Earthmovers.
    A strong advocate of sustainable and socially responsible mining, Mr. Prabhakaran has pioneered innovative practices such as India’s first “green iron ore mine” at Surjagarh (Gadchiroli, Maharashtra), the electrification of mining fleets, and the introduction of slurry pipelines to reduce carbon emissions and logistics costs.
    Through the Lloyds Infinite Foundation, he drives impactful CSR initiatives focused on tribal skill development, women empowerment, healthcare, and community infrastructure. His philosophy of integrating community upliftment with business success has been central to the group’s consistent achievements in challenging mining environments.

  • MR. B. KARTHIKEYAN

    Promoter Director

    Mr. B. Karthikeyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore. He is the Managing Director of Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited (TEIPL) and the Executive Director of Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited, in addition to serving on the boards of several group companies.
    With over two decades of experience in mining and infrastructure, Mr. Karthikeyan has been instrumental in expanding the group’s footprint—both in India and internationally. His strategic leadership has successfully driven the group’s ventures in Indonesia and Singapore, while ensuring strong operational systems, business controls, and compliance governance.
    He brings deep expertise in project execution, cost optimization, and resource planning, and continues to play a vital role in Thriveni’s transformation into a globally recognized mining and infrastructure conglomerate.

  • CAPT. KULDEEP SINGH SOLANKI

    Promoter Director

    Capt. Kuldeep Singh Solanki is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Rajasthan, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1976. He began his career as a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Army, before transitioning to the mining and logistics sector in 1982 with Sainik Transporters Private Limited.
    With over 35 years of leadership experience across mining, logistics, coal beneficiation, and power generation, Capt. Solanki currently serves as the Chairman of Global Coal and Mining Private Limited and the Managing Director of Sainik Mining and Allied Services Limited.
    Under his guidance, the Sainik/Global Coal Group has become a leading player in coal beneficiation and logistics, with significant operations across Odisha and Telangana. He has also spearheaded strategic forays into international mining ventures, including potash mining in Ethiopia, demonstrating a forward-looking approach to resource diversification.
    His disciplined leadership and focus on financial prudence, honed through his military background, continue to strengthen TSMPL’s corporate governance and operational integrity.

  • Mr. Himmat Singh Bedla

    Managing Director

    Mr. Himmat Singh Bedla, an alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer, is a dynamic and result-oriented professional known for his ability to turn around complex projects through innovative thinking and people-centric leadership.
    As the Managing Director of TSMPL, he has been at the helm of the Pakri Barwadih Coal Mining Project since inception, successfully leading its development, operations, and community engagement initiatives. His proactive approach to local community integration, stakeholder management, and operational excellence has been key to the project’s sustained success.
    A multifaceted individual, Mr. Bedla is also a renowned Polo player with more than 25 years of active participation, and remains deeply involved in promoting the sport and youth development.

  • Mr. Vritpal Sindhu

    Promoter Director

    Mr. Vritpal Sindhu, Director of TSMPL, brings with him a diversified portfolio of business experience across mining, energy generation, construction, and real estate. His cross-industry insight has enabled TSMPL to strengthen its governance framework and drive synergies across group businesses.
    With extensive board-level exposure across mining and infrastructure companies, Mr. Sindhu contributes strategic oversight, business acumen, and a commitment to compliance and sustainable growth, aligning TSMPL’s objectives with industry best practices.

  • Mr. Siddharth Jain

    Director

    Mr. Siddharth Jain is an accomplished mining professional and business leader with over two decades of global experience in the resources industry. A Mechanical Engineer from the Birla Institute of Technology, he also holds an MBA, and has attended leadership programs at London Business School, ISB, and MIT.
    During his distinguished career at Rio Tinto, he held leadership positions across multiple geographies—India, Iraq, Australia, and the UK—covering operations, strategy, business development, and stakeholder management.
    Mr. Jain’s expertise spans M&A, commercial negotiations, financial management, and risk governance. His deep understanding of global mining standards and sustainability practices brings exceptional value to TSMPL’s leadership team.

  • Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khator

    Director

    Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khator is a Mining Engineer from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, with extensive experience spanning diverse mineral sectors including zinc and coal.
    He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pakri Barwadih Coal Mining Project, overseeing its operations, production efficiency, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. As a member of TSMPL’s Board, Mr. Khator plays a key role in aligning operational excellence with long-term strategic objectives.
    His rich field experience, coupled with a strong commitment to safety and sustainability, continues to drive the company’s operational performance and compliance culture.

    Thriveni celebrates the new Coal Handling Plant at Pakri Barwadih. This 15 MTPA Mine end CHP successfully started trail operations. It is with In-pit Crushing and Conveying technology (Semi mobile IPCC), 6 km overland conveyor (with Horizontal/ vertical curves & mounted on sleepers), Stackers, Reclaimers with the provision to mixing different grade of coal and online transfer options to the Owner CHP.
