We, since our inception have adopted the rich tradition from our parent organizations,
(Thriveni Earthmovers and Sainik Mining & Allied Services), of immense contribution for unconditional and sustainable development for the community and the Project Affected People.
We have always focused on catering to the basic needs of the villagers in the mine lease area.
We have significantly contributed in the field of healthcare, skill development, drinking water, electricity,
education and providing personal financial aids.

The first medical dispensary was established and inaugurated on 21st March 2016 at Darikalan village equipped with latest medical equipment and technologies. Full time medical teams consisting of MBBS Medical Officers, Pharmacists, Compounder cum Dressers, Lab Technicians, Female Nurses and EDP operators are serving the villagers dedicatedly. The dispensary is providing services like general checkup, minor surgical treatment, distribution of medicine, all for free to the villagers. The average no of patients attended every day is 200. This dispensary with its automated machine laboratory and X-ray facility, is also serving the initial medical examination of workmen. A second dispensary was opened at Nagadi village, close to the mines area to cater to the villagers and mines.
Various sports events like Cricket and Football Tournament, Drawing Competition and various other Sports Competition for School Children were organised to promote sports and other curricular activities among children and youngsters.
Education is the primary tool for the development of the community and betterment of the society. We have taken a number of measures in this regard. These are appointed of teachers in several villages, a batch of 52 women have been engaged in the garments manufacturing unit (Thriveni Apparels and Textiles Private Limited), have joined hands with ‘PARFI-GURUKUL’ for skill development of PAP (Project Affected People), provided Security Guard’s training at TISA (Thriveni Industrial Security Academy) and Volvo and Excavator driver’s training at Tata Hitachi. Free coaching is also imparted to school children at Langatu and Keri village and Umbrellas were distributed to the school children in the rainy season.
The project area suffered heavy scarcity of drinking water during summer, we have provided wholesome drinking water to villagers by deploying 10 number of 5 Kiloliters Tankers. The villages that are being catered to are Barakagaon, Dadi, Sonbarsa, Chepakalan, Langatu, Jugra, Nagadi, Chirudih. Other facilities like drilling of bore wells, providing new pump set and free drinking water counters for commuters are provided.
We have provided personal financial assistance to the needy villagers. These financial aids are provided for marriages, agriculture, higher education, accidental treatment, house repair, temple construction, yagnas and other festivals.
The electric power line in the Itiz village and sonbarsa village was converted from single phase to three phases and also a three phase transformer was provided. Similarly, a power line was installed and transformers were provided for power supply in the Dadi village up to the Thriveni Sainik dispensary.
