As the Managing Director of TSMPL, he has been at the helm of the Pakri Barwadih Coal Mining Project since inception, successfully leading its development, operations, and community engagement initiatives. His proactive approach to local community integration, stakeholder management, and operational excellence has been key to the project’s sustained success.

A multifaceted individual, Mr. Bedla is also a renowned Polo player with more than 25 years of active participation, and remains deeply involved in promoting the sport and youth development.
