Mr. B. Karthikeyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore. He is the Managing Director of Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited (TEIPL) and the Executive Director of Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited, in addition to serving on the boards of several group companies.
With over two decades of experience in mining and infrastructure, Mr. Karthikeyan has been instrumental in expanding the group’s footprint—both in India and internationally. His strategic leadership has successfully driven the group’s ventures in Indonesia and Singapore, while ensuring strong operational systems, business controls, and compliance governance.
He brings deep expertise in project execution, cost optimization, and resource planning, and continues to play a vital role in Thriveni’s transformation into a globally recognized mining and infrastructure conglomerate.
