During his distinguished career at Rio Tinto, he held leadership positions across multiple geographies—India, Iraq, Australia, and the UK—covering operations, strategy, business development, and stakeholder management.

Mr. Jain’s expertise spans M&A, commercial negotiations, financial management, and risk governance. His deep understanding of global mining standards and sustainability practices brings exceptional value to TSMPL’s leadership team.
